There are currently over 40 sales professionals on our relocation team that service 17 counties, over 120 cities, and over 150 zip codes in the Middle Tennessee area. In order to service relocating clients, these professionals must be recommended by the principal broker, be certified through Relocation Services modules, attend training, have a required number of closed transactions and have a certain level of experience before they are welcomed to join the team.

We are proud to say that our relocation team members have closed over $700 million and 2,500 transactions in relocation related residential real estate business since 2002. In 2015, our relocation team department worked with close to 40 different relocation management companies which represented over 120 individual employers. We are diversified in our efforts for providing the highest levels of service compared to other real estate companies in the Middle Tennessee area. We have also been recognized with many awards, including Prudential Relocation's North American Group Move Support award for the efforts in being the lead real estate company for the Nissan North America group move from California to Middle Tennessee.

We have been fortunate to be involved in many group move situations. We have experience in presenting housing and market presentations to small and large groups including their families, along with providing a resource center at the current place of work, giving tours of the Nashville area, and assigning employees to real estate professionals who will best service their needs, whether that be renting or in the purchase of their new home.

Our relocation department is led by Tonya Hamilton and is the primary real estate company provider for many relocation management companies for the areas of Bedford, Cheatham, Coffee, Davidson, DeKalb, Dickson, Macon, Marshall, Maury, Putnam, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson counties.
